A failed blog....
It feels like this blog has failed in terms of traditional blog conventions. There was no whispful musings about my life, no political manifestos, no in detail descriptions about the events of my week. I would be an outcast of the blogosphere. I mostly posted random things and went from there. I even included a couple of snappy pictures. The one lesson I have learned from blogging is it is just another hobby, unless you constantly keep up with it, it goes the way of your stamp collection or your model car supplies, garage sale fodder.

Ah, sweet blog
So, in the interest of this class, I have tried to keep a minimum of 1-2 posts a week, and unfortunately, I have been able to only do just that. Stuff like my Accounting 240 class, and my unpredictable work schedule really crimp on my reflective time. That, and the fact my ADD kicks in whenever I click into Firefox( on that note, screw you Facebook for adding a games application). I have never taken Ritalin or any other medication in my life. I have just had to learn how to cope and make the most of whenever I have some clear focus.
My work schedule though, it is very unpredictable. I can have anywhere from 8 to 50 hours a week. Like yesterday, I worked from 9 am to 11:30 pm on short notice due to two drivers calling off. It lost it's fun when I developed a nasty blister on my right heel. A picture of it is at the top of this post.
In relocation news, I just faxed my employment verification form to Hunter's West , a complex in Westland. For $545 a month, I get every utility except electric, built in A/C, a balcony, and access to an indoor heated pool, sauna, and gym. That's a damn good deal for the money.

Summer boredom
If it weren't for my summer classes, I would have died of boredom already. For the last 2 days, I have mostly spent putzing around my apartment, working on my computer and playing the wii randomly. Long breaks between work days, plus not being able to drive around much due to gas being like gold in price right now basically makes me stay put. At least I am not too short on time to work on stuff for my two spring classes.
